Only residents are members. They have access to all the private content, including board meeting minutes, past newsletters, updates on projects, and can receive email notices for safety, upcoming meetings, and important updates. Request membership access in the register box on the upper left side of the screen.

After you have registered, you will be able to log into the site and click on "your profile" on the top right corner. This will take you to a page showing your balance and allow to you pay through the site. 

Please submit plans to scovehoa@gmail.com and then it will be distributed to the architect committee for review.
